Bellina "Cherie" Williams, 49, passed away at Tanner Medical Center on March 16 , 2021 after a brief illness. She was born on April 14, 1971 in Brunswick, GA and was a member of the Haralson County High School graduating class of 1989. She was a lifelong, diehard fan of Georgia Bulldogs football, NASCAR, and loved to line dance. She is survived by her daughters Kirstie (and Zach) Butler of Tallapoosa, Chelsey (and Matt) Arp of Buchanan, and DJ Crosby of Bowdon, her mother Brenda (and FL) Akins of Bowdon, her father Norman Williams (and Renee Raven) of Yulee, FL, her brothers Vance (and Donna) Williams of Chattanooga, TN, Foster Lee Akins of Middleburg, FL, and Dana (and Nicole) Williams of Jacksonville, FL, and her sisters Sherry Barber of Bremen, and Lisa Childress of Temple, and her 4 grandchildren - Kaiden, Mitchell, Paizlee, and Landon. Cherie will be cremated in keeping with her wishes and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Flowers will be accepted at that time.
