Betty Sue Waldon Bradley, age 75 of Beaver Pond Road, Carrollton, passed away Thursday, May 02, 2013 at Tanner Medical Center. She was born December 12, 1937 in Carrollton to the late Mr. Jessie Sanford Waldon and Mrs. Nannie Wright Waldon. She was retired from Lawler Hosiery Mill and a faithful member of the Carrollton United Pentecostal Church. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Bradley, with whom she married on December 24, 1954, sisters, Helen Huggins and Irene Farmer; and brothers, Charles Waldon, Robert Waldon, and Jessie Wayne Waldon. Survivors include daughter, Lorrie Ann Bradley of Carrollton; son, Keith Paul Bradley of Carrollton; daughter and son in law, Tammy and Troy Blackwelder Jr. of Bowdon; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 05, 2013 at 4:00 PM from Carrollton United Pentecostal Church with Bro. Huey Royer, Bro. Troy Blackwelder and Bro. Billy Summerville officiating. The body will be placed in state at 3:00 PM at the Church. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Herndon, Marlo Rubio, David Blackwelder, Ricky Waldon, Dakota Blackwelder and Harvey Wright.
