Mrs. Dianna L. Barnes, age 59, of Robinson Dr., Carrollton, Ga., passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2009. She was born October 7, 1949 in Boone County, Indiana the daughter of the late Helen James Reynolds and Billy Lee Reynolds. Mrs. Barnes was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church in Brownsburg, Indiana, a member of the Eastern Star and also a homemaker. She was also very active in Carrollton Community Theatre where she was a makeup artist and did some acting. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Gunn. Survivors include her husband, Tyler Barnes; children and their spouses, Sherry & Keith Williamson of Carrollton, Kim & Eddie Stanford of Dallas, Ga., Kristi & Carl Dickenson of Michigantown, Ind., and Kelly & James Taylor of Atlanta, Ga.; brother and sister in law, Mike & Peggy Reynolds of Plymouth, Ind.; also 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 5, 2009 at 2 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Anthony Puckett officiating. Pallbearers will be Eddie Stanford, Keith Williamson, Brandon Williamson, Carl Dickenson, James Taylor and Christopher Stanford. Interment will follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
