Grace Tripp, age 86, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022. She was born in Lithia Springs on February 6, 1936 to the late Wiley Tucker and the late Ruby Parks Tucker. Grace worked as a bus driver for Douglas County Board of Education for 31 years. She was a member of County Line Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, David Earl Tripp (Julie); 3 grandchildren, James E. Tripp (Rebekah), Bobby C. Tripp, Jonathan D. Tripp; 3 great-grandchildren, Myleigh, Paige, Zoey; sister, Martha Nell Kidd; brother, Mack Tucker; sister-in-law, Shirley Elsner. In addition to her parents, Grace was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Walter Tripp; son, James Rodney Tripp. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Hightower's Memorial Chapel in Douglasville. The funeral will be at 2:00 PM with Pastor Danny Horsley officiating. James Tripp, Bobby Tripp, Jonathan Tripp, Jack Brewer, Tommy Elsner, and William Robinson will be serving as Pall Bearers.
