Janice Moss Tallent of Bremen, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1940 in Fulton County, daughter of the late Alvin Felix Moss and Leila Moore Moss. Mrs. Tallent retired from Abrams Fixtures as personnel manager and was of the Church of God Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, T. C. Tallent; two brothers, Lamar Moss and Edward Moss. Survivors include children, Wanda Thompson of Bremen, Terry Tallent of Laurel, MS, Thomas Tallent of MO, Greg and Kristie Tallent, Roopville; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; sisters, Jean and Jerry Butler, Douglasville, Connie Taylor of Douglasville, Linda King of Crawfordsville, FL and brothers, Alvin 'Rex' and Lynn Moss, Daytona Beach, FL and Larry and Martha Moss of Holly Springs. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, April 10 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. Services will be Saturday, April 11 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Reverend Marion Hurston officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton at 2:00 PM.
