Mrs. Joyce Brasell Westbrook, 92 of Carrollton, formerly of Bremen passed away on December 15, 2020 at The Stewart House. She was born on October 4, 1928 in Macon County, Alabama the daughter of the late Cecil Brasell and Grace Adair Brasell. Mrs. Westbrook was a Member of First Baptist Church in Tallapoosa and Liberty Christian Church. She was formerly a billing clerk for the City of Tallapoosa. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Noble Westbrook and a son, Paul Elliott, Jr. and brother Gerald A. Brasell. Survivors include her children, Connie & Larry Olson, Paula Elliott, Chris & Jill Elliott, Sammy & Jean Elliott and Scott Elliott; sister, Jennifer Roberson; brother, Argus Brasell; grandchildren, Matthew Mosley, Jason Elliott, Ethan Elliott, Carly Elliott and Sarah Powell; great-grandchildren, Ansley Elliott, Addison Elliott, Sarah Mosely and William Mosley. The family of Mrs. Westbrook will be having a private service. A public Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
