Ms. Kathryn Lane Bolding, age 77, of Carrollton, GA., formly of Ellijay, GA., passed away Saturday June 23, 2007. She was born Feb. 25, 1930 in Randolph County, AL. To the late Whittlin S. Lane and Irene Dannielly Lane. She worked for the Corp. of Engineers at Dobbins AFB in Marietta, GA. And was a teacher at Murray County High School for 10 years before she retired. She was member of the Grace Baptist Church in Ellijay, GA., She was a graduate of North Georgia University and received her Master's degree in Behavioral Disorder from the University of West Georgia. Besides her parents she is preceded in death a son Mark Lane Bolding, sister Rebecca L. Norfleet; brother William S. Lane. Survivors include her son Charles D. Bolding of Carrollton; son and daughter in-law Alan W. Bolding and Becky Bolding of Douglasville; daughter and son in-law Karen B. Stewart and Buster Stewart of Carrollton; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday June 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM at West Georgia Memorial Park, Carrollton with the Rev. J.C. Cook officiating. Music will be rendered by Rethal Martin.
