Margaret Frances Olive Bone, age 88 of Douglasville passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015. She was born on October 25, 1927 in Douglasville, GA, the daughter of the late William Thomas Hall and the late Nancy Morris Hall. Margaret was a retired bookkeeper with Dennis Connally, CPA. She was an avid gardener and was Choir Director at Liberty Baptist Church in Douglasville for many years. She was a member of Douglasville Second Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, W. D. Olive; daughters, Sheila Hamrick Burgess, Rebecca Ann Green; son, James Green Jr.; grandson, Lee Hamrick; sisters, Lois Duke and husband Ollie, Louise Smith and husband J.B., Lucille Perkins and husband J.A.; brothers, Gordon Hall, Guy Hall, John Hall. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Kaye Green; granddaughter, Traci Hamrick Carter; great grand- daughters, Rebecca Brown, Margaret Carter Rice and husband Joseph and Katie Carter; nieces, Pat Bishop and her husband Tommy, Nancy Henson; nephew, Guy A. Ellis and his wife Carol. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 30, 2015 at Hightowers Memorial Chapel with Dr. John Pennington officiating. Interment will follow in the Douglasville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
