Margie "Bonnell" Cook, age 86, of Eatonton, Georgia passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was born June 3, 1928 in Dalton, Georgia, the daughter of the late John William "Willie" Pyles and the late Geneva Gray Pyles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Monroe Cook. Survivors include her children: Johnny Cook and his wife, Angie, of Morganton, Georgia and Sheila Cook of Roopville, Georgia; four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. J. C. Cook officiating. Music will be rendered by Albert & Sandra Turner. Those serving as pallbearers will be Lee McCorkel, Jody Cook, Austin Arp, Travis Long, Jonathan Cook, and Nathan Hughes. Interment will follow in Ephesus Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Hubert Carroll officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, January 30, 2015, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
