Mozelle Lively Waldrop of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009 in a local Nursing home following an extended illness. She was born in Carroll County, August 16,1918, daughter of the late Ollie M. Lively and Nettie Davis Lively. Mrs. Waldrop was a member of the Union United Methodist Church and a retired employee of the Hubbard Company. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence F. Waldrop. Survivors include a son, Bennie Waldrop of Waco; sisters and brother-in-laws, Olivia Harper of Mt. Zion, Frances and J. W. White of Whitesburg, Helen and Emory Weldon of Bremen; a number of grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. A memorial service will be Wednesday, November 18 from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Reverend Mark Smith officiating.
