Mytrea Suit McCrary of Fruithurst, Alabama passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018. She was born in Fruithurst, February 4, 1931, daughter of the late Huey Suit and Doishe Morris Suit. Mrs. McCrary was a member of the Fruithurst Baptist Church. She was a wonderful mother, daughter and sister. She never wanted to hurt anyone's feelings or be a burden on anybody. She loved her family and friends with all her heart. She loved to write recipes in her books and practice her handwriting skills. We will miss her very much, but we know we will see her again in heaven someday. She is with our Daddy now and he is complete. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard McCrary; daughter, Sue Butler; grandson, Shane Holcombe and a sister, Margie Sperazz. Survivors include her children; William "PeeWee" and Judy McCrary, Jenny and Earl Worthy, Nenia Rochester; six grandchildren, Tracey McCrary, Paige Swaffod, Richard McCrary, Raleigh Dyer, Emma Worthy and Paul Rochester; twenty-three great grandchildren; eight great, great grandchildren; sisters, Marvie Wright, Tallapoosa, Myrl Suit, Margo Ivey, Nell Hoffman and Sonja Hodges and three brothers, Huey and Janice Suit, Jr., Maurice Suit and Redford and Brenda Suit. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM. Services will be Saturday, November 24 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Reverend James Owens officiating. Paul Rochester, Joe Dyer, Richard McCrary, Donald Rochester, Jacob Rochester and Codie Thompson will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Fruithurst Cemetery.
