Mr. Nelson Alejandro Diaz, age 55, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 11, 1967, in El Salvador, son of the late Carlos Armando Rauda and Teresa Diaz Duran. Nelson spent his retirement years living it up with his children and grandchildren. He was Christian by faith, enjoyed gardening, going to the beach, and only eating the best of the best foods. Most of all, he enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Diaz; their children, Edenia Adams, Dayana King, and Nelson Diaz; his children's spouses, Devin Adams, Kevin King, and Kailee Diaz; his sisters, Sonia Lopez, and Lillian Ramos; his brothers, Carlos Rauda, Herman Diaz, Amilcar Diaz, Milton Diaz; his grandchildren, Derin Adams, Dylan Adams, Delilah Adams, Levi Diaz, Talon Diaz, Eva Jane Diaz, and Kyle King; and many loved nieces and nephews. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 28, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a Spanish service at 7:00 PM with Pastor Eduardo Robles officiating. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 29, 2022, at 4:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Pastor James Cook and Pastor Eduardo Robles officiating. The interment will be at West Georgia Memorial Park. The following gentleman will serve as pallbearers: Nelson Diaz, Kevin King, Devin Adams, Amilcar Diaz, Edgar Rauda, and Isaias Ramos.
