Mr. Rick K. Duke, age 49, of Southern Dr., Villa Rica, Ga., passed away, Saturday, October 27, 2007. He was born January 13, 1958 in Bremen, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mrs. Katie Patterson; mother, Imogene Patterson Baxter; and a sister Sally Whitaker. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Duke; a son, Kayman Duke; and those he thought of as his children, Daniel Walker, Nicholas Walker, Cody Walker, and Elyssa Walker; a sister, Jackie Parks of Temple; brother, Brent Baxter of Fayetteville; special nieces and nephews, Wayne, Will and Devin Wycuff, Carlie Parks, Jonathon and Sarah Baxter and Christopher and Paige Lambert. Graveside Services will be conducted Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 2 PM from Carroll Memory Gardens with a eulogy by Mr. Jeff Bishop. Pallbearers will be Nicholas Walker, David Duke, Paxton Whitaker, Lanaza "Candy Man" Almon, Jay Hefner, Michael Lambert and Bryan Parks. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens.
