Mrs. Susan Dennis, age 38, of Buck Creek Dr.,Carrollton, Ga., passed away suddenly, Wednesday, October 31, 2007, following an extended illness. She was born February 19, 1969 in Dekalb County, Georgia, to her parents, Irene Smith Rooks and Tony Rooks of Douglasville. She was a homemaker and attended Fullerville Baptist Church. Mrs. Dennis was preceded in death by her grandparents, Aubrey & Grace Rooks and Albert & Henrietta Smith. Besides her parents, she was survived by her husband, Jimmy Dennis; her children, Chris Luna of Hollywood, CA., James Dennis and Ashley Dennis both of Carrollton; a sister, Sherry Sprayberry of Carrollton; also a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 2, 2007 at 11 AM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Steve Swafford officiating. Pall bearers will be Henry Jackson, Dale Watson, Gary Rigsby, Scott Rigsby, Brandon Rigsby, Mathew Sanders and Buddy Ogle. Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Bowdon, Ga.
