Tammy Darlene Phillips, age 45, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012. She was born April 16, 1967 in Carrollton, Georgia, the daughter of Juanita Shirey Watson and the late Eugene Talmadge Watson. Mrs. Phillips worked for Westinghouse Electric for fourteen years and was Baptist by faith. Survivors include her mother, Juanita Watson of Carrollton; her children, Teesa Phillips-Wheat and Dustin Phillips, all of Carrollton and Ethan Phillips; sister, Melinda Baxter; brothers, Carlos Watson, Waymon Watson, Kenneth Watson, Rodney Watson, Leslie Watson and Quenton Watson, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 21, 2012 at 1 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Layton and Rev. Chester Pesnell officiating.
