Mr. Terry Delraye Covera, Sr., age 51, of Carrollton, GA, passed away Monday, July 16, 2007 at his residence. He was born December 22, 1955 in Jacksonville, FL. Terry moved to Carrollton, GA in 1994 and was the manager of Big Chic in Bowdon, GA. Survivors include his wife, Sherry Covera, whom he loved with all his heart; his mother and father, Cecilia & Richard Scharar of Carrollton; two sons, Allen Lyons of Anderson, SC and Terry & Nicole Covera, Jr. of Bremen, GA; four daughters, Misty Covera of Tampa, FL, Jessica Covera of Anderson, SC, Felicia Frady and Victoria Meister; a sister, Michelle Dyer; a brother, Richard Covera, all of Carrollton, GA; six grandchildren, Jasmin, Tristan, Hannah, Kailey, Natalie and Grace; maternal grandmother, Aline Patten; brother-in-law, Chris & Betty Ellis of Jacksonville, FL; a sister-in-law, Lynne & Micheal Ahrens of Titusville, FL; an aunt, Arlene Brazell of LaGrange, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, July 22, 2007 at 4 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Fuller officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews, Shawn Scharar, Benjamin Dyer and Jason Dyer. In accordance with the family's wishes, Terry's body was cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, July 21, from 7 until 9 PM.
