Mrs. Annie Ruth Malone Blue, 72 of Old Ridgeway Road, Bremen passed away August 23, 2011. Mrs. Blue was born on October 25, 1938 in Haralson County, Georgia the daughter of the late Jerry Malone and Inez Taylor Malone. She was a retired janitor of Bremen City School System and a member of Baptist Tabernacle Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Edward "Ed" Blue. Survivors include her children, Linda & Warner "Peewee" Evans of Tallapoosa, Ronnie & Tammy Gentry of Bowdon, Tammy Gentry of Bremen, Ken Gentry of Bremen and Debra Abbott; sister, Janice Houston of Buchanan; brother & Sister in law, Jack & Ruby Malone of Temple; grandchild, Christian & Michelle Evans and great grandchild, Dakota Evans. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 4 pm from Baptist Tabernacle with Reverend Buddy Gentry and Reverend Joey Meeks officiating. Music will be provided by Randall Richardson, Buddy Gentry and Johnnie Daniels. Ken Gentry, Ronnie Gentry, Steve Wilson, Peewee Evans, Christian Evans and Bo White will serve as pallbearers. Dakota Evans and Landen Hack will serve as honorary pallbearers. Interment will follow in Baptist Tabernacle Cemetery.
