Anthony Tony Michael Horinek, age 67 of Winston, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. He was born May 12, 1948 in Lorain, Ohio. Tony was a Vietnam Veteran and a truck driver with Hooker Transport. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jeannie Horinek Evans and his wife, Pamela Jo Horinek; father, Anthony Matthew Horinek and mother, Amanda Whitaker. He is survived by step-sons, Jon Braafhart and Trey Stromatt; grandchildren, Kayla Braafhart, Cody Braafhart, Alexa Stromatt; great-granddaughter, Annabelle Braafhart; brothers and sisters: Charles W. Whitaker and his wife, Linda, Ellen M. Mead and her husband, Arthur Mead Sr., Stephanie K. Belcher and her deceased husband, (Jerry W. Belcher); nieces and nephews: Terry Fequoria, Jennifer McCullum and her husband, Jay McCullum, Arthur David Mead II and his wife, Jenn, Nicole M. Mead and her Partner, Bill Deptowicz; great nephews and nieces: Stephanie, Emily, Brandi, David, Breona, Jayna, Jaynea, Arlisha, Arthur Thomas, Travis, Olivia; great great nieces: Lila, Alyssa and Lexies. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Interment will take place in Ohio at a later date.
