Bernard Joe Bradley, Sr., age 87 of Waco, passed away on July 15, 2025, at a local healthcare facility. He was born on January 20, 1938, the son of the late Joseph Ollie Bradley and Beulah Mae McDaniel Bradley. He worked as a salesman at Bremen Wholesale Florist and as a security guard at Sony Music, and was a member of Kansas Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lee Bishop Bradley; his sisters, Elizabeth Stanford and Margaret Jean Bradley; and his brothers, John Bradley, Zerron Bradley, Lester Bradley, and Henry Bradley.

Survivors include his twin sister, Bernice Gentry; his children, Janet Whitt (Skip), Susan Scott, and Bernard Joe Bradley, Jr. "Brad"; grandchildren, D.J. Scott, III (Britt), Daniel Scott, Nick Bradley, and Hannah Bradley; and a great-grandchild, David Scott, IV "Baby David".

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Services will be conducted on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Rev. Herb Butler officiating. D.J. Scott, Brad Bradley, Daniel Scott, Darren Parton, Nick Bradley, and Stanley Stanford will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
