Betty Ann and her husband Richard were the proud owners and operators of R&B Trucking Company.
Betty Ann indulged in her passion for antiquing, exploring flea markets, and gathering a variety of collectibles. Her collection reflected her love for history and was filled with stories of the past. In addition to her collecting hobbies, she found great joy in gardening. She nurtured a vibrant array of flowers, plants, and vegetables in her yard, where family gatherings often occurred. Betty Ann was a member of Star of Bethlehem Church.
Above all, she was a devoted wife to Richard, a loving mother to her children, and a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Her unwavering love and commitment to her family created a strong foundation that will be cherished by all who knew her. Betty Ann's kind heart and nurturing presence will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Smith Jr.; and her grandchildren and their spouses: LeAnne and Eddie Preston, Meri and Dave Wade, Christina Caswell, Angie Pace, Tony Strickland, Pamela and Ron Cunningham, and Josh Caswell. She also leaves behind 18 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
