Bobby Wayne Vaughn, 92, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026. He was born on March 28, 1934 in Marietta, Georgia to the late James Robert Vaughn and the late Jewel Mae Wright Vaughn. Bobby had a wide range of employment; truck driver, Lockheed Martin, Servidyne, and was a self-employed repairman. He was also a member of Bethel Church.

Bobby is survived by his beloved wife, Emily Breland Vaughn; daughter, Pam McMichen (Rusty); brother, Kenneth Vaughn; grandchildren, Alan McMichen (Cassie), Alex McMichen (Amanda); great grandchildren, Madelyn and Lily.

In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his son, Robert Vaughn; brothers, Daniel Vaughn and James Vaughn.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 18, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hightower's Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 3:00 PM.

Interment will be at Bethel Church.
