Charles Anthony "Tony" Griffin, age 71, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on March 13, 2025. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 26, 1953, son of the late James W Griffin and the late Aleen Taylor Griffin. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.

He is survived by his sisters: Yvonne Gore and her husband Jimmie, Teresa Bragg, Susan Laws and her husband Mark, Karen Oxford and her husband Robert; his best friends: Tom Dunn and his wife Jackie; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: John Griffin; sister-in-law: Cecilia Griffin; great nephew: Clifton Dylan Mcleod.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Saturday March 22, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. Corky Addison officiating.

Interment will follow at Sweetwater Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
