Cheryl Loraine Brannon, age 73, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on May 25, 2025. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 16, 1952, daughter of the late Robert McWatters and the late Edith Farris McWatters. She was a registered nurse with over thirty years of service. She was a member of Chapel Hill Road Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband: Carter "Rusty" Brannon; son: Van Roberts and his wife Debbie; grandchildren: Brett Roberts and his wife Mackenzie and Ansley Roberts; brother: Bobby McWatters and his wife Debra; several nieces and nephews and several great Cnieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Ronnie McWatters.

A memorial service will be held at Chapel Hill Road Baptist Church on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James Pitts officiating.
