Clayton Reese, age 59, of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2006. The son of the late, Walter Doc Reese & the late, Myrtle Irene Tumlin Reese, he was born on May 9, 1947. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Charlotte Shepherd. Mr. Reese worked for Miller Electric for 30 years, and was a member of I.B.E.W. Local 613 and was a Mason with Latham Lodge #12 in Austell. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Patricia "Pat" Reese, Villa Rica, GA; daughter, Amy Marie Reese, MA; step-daughters, Tara Johnson and Stacey Bourquine, both of Douglasville, GA; sisters, Becky Reese, Elaine Howard and Peggy Jean Bennett & Jim Webb, all of Dallas, GA; brother & sister-in-law, Leon & Barrie Reese, Forsyth, GA; grandchildren, Genevieve "Genna" McSheenan, MA; step-grandchildren, Natalie Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Emily Johnson, Carly Johnson, Cameron Johnson, Miranda Johnson, and Ali Bourquine, all of Douglasville, GA. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2006, at 2:00 p.m., from Hightower's Memorial Chapel, with Brother Bobby Hunter officiating. Interment will follow in Mozley Memorial Gardens with full Masonic Rites. Rodney McDaniel, Adam Brown, Jim Webb, Steven Bourquine, Eugene Davison and Ricky Couch will serve as pallbearers and the Masons of Latham Lodge #12 will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Hightower's Memorial Chapel, Douglasville, Georgia, is in charge of the arrangements.
