Mr. Conan Doyal Spence, age 50, of Cedar Dr., Carrollton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2009. He was born April 20, 1958 in Carroll County, Georgia the son of the late Virgie Howard Spence and Woodrow Wilson Spence. Mr. Spence served in the U.S. Navy and was a Baptist by faith. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Angela Thompson Spence. Survivors include his sister and brother and sister in law, Shelia Spence Kidd of Carrollton and Everette & Faye Louis of Newell, AL; also a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 2 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Bro. Doug New officiating. Interment will follow in Lowell Cemetery.
