Doris Rooks Marks, age 81 of Waco, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at her home. She was born in Mt. Zion, Georgia on September 16, 1943, daughter of the late Samuel Duel and Lois Rooks. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Eugene Marks; sisters, Jane Brown, Glenda McKenzie and Judy Eidson; and brother, Doyle Rooks.

Survivors include her children, Keith (Gina) Marks of Ludowici, Georgia and Craig Marks of Waco; sisters, Sara Robinson and Diane Hannah; brother, Doug Rooks; sister in law, Shirley Rooks; grandchildren, Ariel (Adam), Joey, Abbey and Macy; great grandchildren, Damien and Lucas.

Services will be graveside on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 1:00 pm from Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Reverend Jason Hatchett officiating.
