Dorothy Eunice Bonner, age 81 of Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, April 02, 2014. She was born September 02, 1932 in Carrollton, Georgia to the late Rev. Ross Huston Eason and Mrs. Edna Jewell Porter Eason. She worked in housekeeping at Carrollton Manor for more than twenty five years. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Hugh Dorsey Bonner; a sister, Janelle Webb Garrett; and three brothers, Bobby Eason, Billy Eason and Roger Eason. Survivors include daughters, Tammy Darlene Coker of Carrollton, and Nancy and Charles Langley also of Carrollton; three sisters, Christine Cook, Ellen Miller and Shirley Britt all of Carrollton; sister in law, Lois Eason of Burlington, NC; four granddaughters and two grandsons in law; and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 06, 2014 at 2:00 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Charles Smith and Gene Bonner officiating. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Vince Rinehart, Cody Rinehart, George Britt, Mark Britt, Richard Cook, and Doyle Cook. The family will receive friends Friday, April 04, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Saturday, April 05, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel.
