Elizabeth Ann Rowell Mason, age 74, of Waco, passed away on November 24, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Buchanan, on February 15, 1950, the daughter of the late Josephine Brooks Swafford and Bruce Rowell. She worked in the cash office of Walmart for 39 years and was a member of Tabernacle Church in Buchanan.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Helen Head; and nine brothers.

Survivors include her husband, Larry "Rabbit" Mason; her son, Randall J. Mason (Robin); sisters, Shelby Hardin and Edith Rowell; brothers, Fred Rowell, Donald Rowell, Joey Rowell, and P.L.Miller; grandchildren, Triston Mason, Tyler Ivey, Cameron Mabry, Waylon Mabry, Kayla Mixon, Blake Holcombe and Jalei Mason; and eleven great-grandchildren, and countless other brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

Services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Shirley, and Rev. Danny Mason officiating. Triston Mason, Tyler Ivey, Waylon Mabry, Cameron Mabry, Zeken Barron, and Winzton Barnett will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
