Elsie Dickerson Huggins, age 95, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. She was born on May 11, 1930, in Carroll County, Georgia, to the late James N. Anderson and Fannie Adams Anderson.

In addition to her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack B. Dickerson; second husband, Luke Edward Huggins; son, Barry Dickerson; sister Bonnie Phillips; and brothers Perry Anderson, Coy Anderson, and Homer Anderson.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tracy and Kim Dickerson; daughter-in-law, Fatima Dickerson; grandchildren Andrew Dickerson, April Dickerson, Zeeshan Bakht, and Mikail Bakht.

A private family graveside service will be held at the Carrollton City Cemetery.
