Frances L. Lindsey, age 93, of Carrollton, passed away on January 18, 2025, at a local healthcare facility. She was born on September 18, 1931, in Bowdon Junction, the daughter of the late Oliver Turner Norton and Lola Kelley Norton. Mrs. Lindsey worked at Sony Music and was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Lindsey; her sisters, Lois and Radder; and her brothers, John T., Oliver, Charles, Grady, Myrel, Dwight, and Dillard.

Survivors include her children, Alan Johnson (Mary Jane) of Temple, Sherry Warren (Donald) of Carrollton, Tonya Brier (Mark) of Centennial, Colorado; a sister, Valeria McAdams (Billy) of Bremen; a brother, Michael Norton (Tammy) of Waco; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Services will be conducted on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home, with Rev. Anthony Puckett officiating. Bryan Warren, Matthew Warren, Neil Johnson, David Johnson, Ian Brier, Terry Norton, and Keith Norton will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
