Frances Carolyn Wiggins, 89, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on May 6, 2025. Born on January 21, 1936, in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Joseph D. Quakenbush Sr. and Estelle Quakenbush.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Lisa Wiggins Eason, and her husband, Todd; grandchildren: Glen Montcalm, Blake Montcalm and his wife, Nikki, Logan Eason and his wife, Hina, and Reagan Eason; and her beloved great-grandchildren: Amari Montcalm, Aniyah Montcalm, and Glen Montcalm III.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David "Dick" Wiggins; her sister, Betty Gooden; and her brother, Joseph Quakenbush, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Hightower Memorial Chapel, followed by a graveside service at 12:00 p.m. at Prays Mill Baptist Church Cemetery. Jamie Eason will officiate.
