Mr. Frank Clark, age 69, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

Born on December 10, 1956, in Atlanta, Georgia, Frank was the son of the late Frank Gladney Roland Clark and Patsy Ann Widner Clark. A true jack of all trades, Frank was known for his strong work ethic and his ability to fix just about anything. He spent many years working as a paver with Baldwin Paving and took great pride in working with his hands and helping others whenever he could. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Known lovingly as "Paw-Paw," Frank never met a stranger and enjoyed staying busy. He loved fishing, working on high-performance cars, tinkering with motorcycles, and spending time outdoors. Whether he was fixing an engine, helping with a project, or sharing stories with family and friends, Frank was happiest when surrounded by the people he loved. More than anything, he treasured his role as a grandfather and great-grandfather. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he rarely missed an opportunity to spend time with them, make them laugh, or brag on them to anyone who would listen.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Lori Paul Clark; his sons & daughters-in-law, Jeremy & Jennifer Clark, Charles & Janis Besinger, and David & Brittany Besinger; his daughter, Patricia Clark and her significant other, Dustin; sisters, Carol Day and Sabrina Clark; brother, George Clark; grandchildren, Raven, Jessica, Kevin, Ciara, Chynna, Chaz, Addy, Jaxon, Kyler, Zain, Liam, Wyat, Cali, and Linden; great-grandchildren, Conner, Dara, Kingston, Sylvia, Romeo, Hector, and Ivy; and multiple nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Clark.

The family will receive friends at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM.

A funeral service will be held to honor and celebrate Frank's life on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the funeral home with Bro. Bosco Etheridge officiating. Interment will follow at West Georgia Memorial Park. David Besinger, Charles Besinger, Jeremy Clark, Chaz Besinger, Lee Howell, and Trilan Howell will serve as pallbearers.
