Frank Stovall Lee of St. Mary's, Georgia, passed away, Sunday, December 16, 2007. He was born June 20, 1932 in Douglas County, son of the late John M. Lee and Velma Stovall Lee. He was employed in the banking industry, was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and Baptist by faith. In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Gloria Tibbs Rivera, and sister, Eloy Lee. Survivors include his wife, Sally Mabel Lee of St. Mary's, Georgia and daughter-in-law, Jerry Franklin and Cathy Lee of St. Mary's, Georgia; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Audrey Lee of Woodstock; grandchildren, Erin Welsh, Mike Welsh, Dahlian Tibbs and Krystan Rivera; great-grandchildren, Abbie Welsh and Afton Otwell, many friends and family members. Funeral Services will be conducted, Thursday, December 20, 2007, at 1:00 PM from Hightower's Memorial Chapel, Douglasville, with the Reverend Don Voyles officiating. Interment will follow in the Cold Springs Cemetery, Winston with Ralph Lee, Greg Lee, Greg Lee, Jr., Merle Lee, Daniel Lee, Joel Lee and Robert Morris serving as Pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel, Wednesday, December 19, from 5 to 8 PM.
