Frankie Deborah Wiley, age 68 of Roopville, GA passed away Monday, September 11th, 2023, at her residence. She was born on August 24th, 1955, in Atlanta, GA to the late Carl Melvin Wiley, Sr. and Leila Griffith Wiley.

She was a Central High School graduate, and after many years of service with Hall County Schools, she retired. She was of the Christian faith, supported several local charities, and was an active member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Carrollton, Georgia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Darlene Thompson.

She is survived by her children, Christopher Zane Williamson of Buford, Georgia, and Emilie Sayward Brown of Topping, Virginia; sister, Mary Webb of Newnan, Georgia; brother, Carl Melvin Wiley Jr.; grandchildren, Catherine and Ashley Williamson; great-granddaughter, Ellie Williamson; and a number of step-grandchildren and nephews. In addition to her family, she leaves behind several close friends.

In accordance with her wishes, her body was cremated. A celebration of life will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Carrollton, Georgia, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 5:00 pm.
