Gary Ralph Pyle, aged 75, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2024, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia. He was born on June 1, 1949, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Mary Ruby Walker Pyle and Samuel Burk Pyle Sr., who preceded him in death.

Throughout his life, Gary dedicated 30 years to his career as a house painter, a profession in which he took immense pride. Known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail, he built a reputation for delivering high-quality work in many homes throughout his community.

He also deeply appreciated antique cars, often attending car shows and connecting with fellow enthusiasts who shared his passion for these classic vehicles.

Gary was a devout Baptist and found comfort and strength in his faith.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by several cherished family members: his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.R. Pyle of East Point, Georgia, and Mr. and Mrs. L.L. Walker of Carrollton, Georgia; his half-brother, William Wendell Janes, who resided in Charlotte, North Carolina; and his brother-in-law, Douglas Wayne Edwards of Canton, Georgia, and sister-in-law, Jackie Green Pyle of Riverside, Alabama.

He is survived by his loving sister, Angelyn Karol Pyle Edwards of Canton, Georgia; two brothers, Samuel Burk Pyle Jr. (Linda) of Carrollton, Georgia, and Ernie Rex Pyle of Riverside, Alabama. He is also remembered fondly by several nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry on his memory.

In keeping with Gary's wishes, his body will be cremated and a private family interment will take place at the Stripling Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
