Gary Dale Studstill, age 68, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 28, 1957, in Fort Myers, Florida, to the late Barnie A. Studstill and Ruth Wade Pielow.

Gary dedicated more than 40 years of his life to his career as a master mechanic. He was highly skilled in his trade and took great pride in his work. Above all, Gary cherished his family and the time he shared with those he loved.

Gary is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Ledbetter (Chris); his son, Jason Studstill; sister, Myrna Leaphart (Jerry); brothers, Michael Studstill (Teresa), and Billy Pielow (Darlene); seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

Gary was preceded in death by his father, Barnie A. Studstill; mother and step-father, Ruth Wade Pielow and Louis B. Pielow; grandparents, Lona and Otto Wade; and his sister and brother-in-law, Myra and Bobby Echols.

Graveside services for Gary Dale Studstill will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 1pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Chris Ledbetter, Rachel Kaul, Kelli Catts, and Jr. Vaughn sharing special memories.

Gary will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
