Harvey Christopher Herrin, of Atlanta, GA, whose adventurous spirit and artistic talents brightened the lives of many, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026, just shy of his 72nd birthday. Born on January 25, 1954, Harvey dedicated his life to the art of tattooing, sharing his passion and creativity with countless clients as a self-employed tattoo artist.

In addition to his parents, Harvey McCoy and Dorothy Lousie Herrin, he is also preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Fray; and a sister, Diane H. Reynolds.

Harvey is survived by his daughters, Angela Herrin (Toby Hanus), Aimee Jennifer Herrin, and his son, Eric Fray (Allison). He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren—Karleigh, Eric, Joshua, Zoe, Taylah, Sarah, Seth, Noah, and Josiah Robinson—each of whom held a special place in his heart.

As we gather to celebrate a life well-lived, a visitation will be held at Hightower Funeral Home on January 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM-7:00 PM, where friends and family are invited to share their fond memories of Harvey and the colorful life he led. We'll honor him with laughter and stories.

A graveside service will be held at Westview Cemetery on January 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Todd Jones officiating and Seth Robinson, Ryan Reynolds, Eric Fray and Michael Reynolds will serve as Pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the Community Christian Council of Haralson County at https://tithe.ly/give_new/www/#/tithely/give-one-time/1099748
