Mr. James Terry Hayes, age 50 of Old Bowdon Hwy, Carrollton, Ga., passed away Friday, October 20, 2006. He was born May 5, 1956 in Cheyanne, WY., to the late Edna Myrl Harper Hayes and the late James Terrell "Jimmy" Hayes. Survivors include two sisters and brother in-laws, Angela and Earl Borneman and Jan and Bonnie Eidson all of Carrollton; a brother and sister in-law, Joey and Lynn Hayes of Carrollton; two nieces, Angie Allen of Knoxville, TN and Katelynn Eidson of Carrollton; two nephews, Christopher Hayes and Joshua Hayes both of Carrollton. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 22, 2006 at 2 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. David Huckeba officiating. Pallbearers will be Dillan Denney, Steve Chadwick, Lee Denney, Vernon Ricks, Donnie McCarty and Chris Denney. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens.
