Mrs. Janelle P. Rogers, age 92, of Bremen, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, October 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Janelle was born on December 14, 1932, in Carrollton, Georgia, the daughter of the late John Emory Pollard and Annice Era "McEwen" Pollard. She was a devoted member of Bethlehem Church, where she was actively involved in many church groups and activities. Over the years, Janelle found great joy and friendship through her involvement with the "Bungies," her tennis club, her Sunday school class, and the "Squat Knots."

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Myrl, Marie, I.V., and Louise.

Survivors include her loving husband of 72 years, James D. Rogers, Sr.; her children, Jimmy Rogers (Lynn), Ellen Hope (Bob), Johnny Rogers, and Leigh Spooner; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Janelle P. Rogers will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Monroe and Rev. Duane McManus officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Janelle's honor to Bethlehem Church, the Bremen City Library, or Tanner Hospice.
