Mrs. Janice Back Blair of, age 67, of Trenton, Ohio, formerly of Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2008. She was born February 6, 1941, in Morgan County, KY, to the late Burnis Back and Rosa Blair Isbel Back. Mrs. Blair worked at Tanner Medical Center of Carrollton as a dietician and was a member of Posttown Church of God in Middletown, Ohio. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis E. Blair, Sr. , and brothers, Darrell Back and Donald Back. Survivors include her sons and daughter in laws, Curtis E. & Janice Blair and Billy & Kristie Blair of Carrollton, Rick & Mary Blair of Hamilton, OH, Shane & Cindy Blair of Carlisle, OH; daughter, Kandy & John Powers of Carrollton; brothers, Mervin Back and Ronald & Shirley Back of Carrollton; sisters, Rosemary & Greg Farlow and Christine & Bill Phillips of Carrollton; grandchildren, Jennifer & D.J. Cook, Audrey & Jared Akin, Rebecca & Shawn Wilson, Ferrin & Mike Cummings, Mallory Blair, Samantha Blair, Zack Blair, Lacey Powers, Curtis Blair III, Makenzy Blair & Dylan Blair; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Blair, Makai Terry, Caydence Akin, Cambree Wilson, Carter Cook, Camden Akin, & Emily Cummings. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 1 PM from Eastside Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Brown. Curt Blair, Billy Blair, Rick Blair, Shane Blair, Zach Blair & Curtis Blair will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Blair will lie in state at the church from noon until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in Carrollton City Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Maxwell & Rev. Evette Guyton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, April 11, 2008 from 4 until 8 PM.
