Jason Eddie Forehand's Obituary
Jason Eddie Forehand, 45 of Carrollton passed away suddenly on March 22, 2025 in a local healthcare facility.
He was born on December 7, 1979 in East Point, Georgia the son of Sandra Faye Stone Forehand and the late Jacob Luther Forehand.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Lee Forehand.
Survivors include his wife, Carlee Self Forehand of Carrollton; mother, Sandra Faye Stone Forehand of Carrollton; sisters, Sandra Michelle Cochran and Jenny Melissa Forehand both of Carrollton; brothers, Randall Scott Forehand, Christopher Wayne Forehand, Brian Adam Forehand all of Carrollton and Corey Brandon Forehand (Courtney) of Rockmart.
In accordance with his wishes, the body was cremated.
