Jerry Louise Pritchett Collins, age 89, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on December 2, 2024. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 9, 1935, daughter of the late Jim Pritchett and the late Velma Troglin Pritchett. She was a member of Welcome Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons: Tim Collins (Rhonda), George Collins (Cindi); grandchildren: Brent Collins, Breanna Shepherd (Holden), Brad Collins (Danica), Brandy Wingate (Shane), Nikki Collins; sisters: Gail Florence (Moses), Shirley Lingerfelt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: George Collins, Jr. (Doonie).

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Brian Berryhill and Pastor Rick Bowen officiating. Shane Wingate, Randy Lingerfelt, Mike Lingerfelt, Jason Kinsey, Jeff Kinsey, Aiden Collins will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow at Mt Harmony Memorial Garden.
