JoAnne Johnson Music, age 78 of Johns Creek, formerly of Winston, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017, surrounded by her loving daughters. She was born in Winston, Georgia on August 19, 1938, daughter of the late William Paul Johnson, Sr. and the late Lois Hembree Johnson. JoAnne worked as a caregiver for several years. Her compassion and love for others provided joy and happiness to all those she cared for. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers; William Paul Johnson, Jr. and Michael Johnson. JoAnne is survived by her daughters; Robin Forrester and husband, Cliff; Tracey Snepp and husband, Mark; and Valorie Music-Ward and husband, Greg; grandchildren; Jacob Rogers, Jonathan Forrester, Whitby Rowland, Michael Andrade, Taylor Forrester and wife Ashlee, Alex Forrester, Katie Snepp, Nicholas Ward, Ethan Forrester; great-grandson, Kaiden Ward; sister-in-law, Pat Johnson. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 2:00 PM from the Chapel at Hightower's Memorial Chapel in Douglasville. Interment will follow the service at Flint Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 1, from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour of 2:00 PM.
