Mrs. Jody Mitchell Patterson, age 62, of Bremen passed away on March 30, 2026. While her passing was sudden and unexpected, we have peace in knowing she is in the arms of Jesus and surrounded by those who left before her.

Born on July 12, 1963, Jody was the daughter of the late Larry Mitchell and Carollyn Argo Ekblaw. She dedicated over 20 years of her life serving as the office manager at Action Chiropractic, where she built lasting relationships and was known for her dedication and kindness.

Jody had a deep love for the outdoors. She enjoyed hunting and had a special love for all animals. She was strong, hardworking, and loved her family deeply.

She is survived by her children, Michael Jones (Nikki), Robert Patterson (Shelly), and Brandy Patterson; her sisters, Kim Eley (Tyler) and Renee Mitchell; brother-in-law, Bert Fordham; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 25 years, Bobby Joe Patterson; her sister, Dana Fordham; her daughter-in-law, Annie Ace Patterson; and her nephew, Danny Lunsford.

Visitation for Jody will be held Friday, April 3, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Hightower Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Brother Kevin Owens officiating.
