Jonathan Andrew May, 51, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on March 24, 2026. Born May 16, 1974, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Jeanne May and the late Robert May, Jonathan was a deeply cherished father, son, and brother whose life reflected love, dedication, and strong faith.

A proud veteran, Jonathan served in the U.S. Army. He loved family get-togethers and was happiest surrounded by those he loved. An outdoorsman at heart, he enjoyed hiking and camping, and he took great joy in working on airplanes.

He is survived by his mother, Jeanne May; daughters, Shelvy Chavez and Alyssa May; son, Christian May; sisters, Sharon Clutter, Susanna May, and Samantha Robinson; and brother, Jason May. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert May.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Jonathan's life will be held at Martin & Hightower Funeral Home on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.

In honoring Jonathan's memory, let us remember the love he shared, the laughter he inspired, and the faith he lived. Though he will be greatly missed, his spirit will remain in our hearts, guiding us always.
