Keith David Price, age 66, of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away on February 16, 2025. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 13, 1958, son of the late Merlin Price and the late Mildred Imogene Tallent Price.

He is survived by his sisters: Nancy Hardy and her husband Bobby, Sue Hobbs- Edwards and her husband Ronnie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law: Brenda and Charles Lockhart.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Thursday, February, 20, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with Brother Max Wallace officiating.

Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. at Mt. Harmony Memorial Garden.
