Linda Gail Crews Brock, known as Mama Linda by many, age 82 of Buchanan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family . She was born October 19, 1942 in Villa Rica, Georgia, daughter to the late Linnie Crews and Florence Harper Duke. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Buchanan and will be missed greatly by her church family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, C.W. Goolsby and third husband, David Jennings; and brother, Marvin Crews.

Survivors include her husband, William Hiram Brock; daughter, Robbie (Steve) Edwards and son in law, David Carroll, all of Buchanan, Tammy (Mike) Norton of Waco, Angie (Barry) Warren of Wedowee, Alabama, Timmy (Mavis) Gantt of Buchanan and Terry Gantt of Bremen; sister, Peggy Morris of Temple; grandchildren, Chase (Sarah) Carroll, Clint (Alaina) Carroll, Casey Carroll, Tasha (Michael) Deese and Kalie (Adam) Epps; and great grandchildren Jaxon Epps, Tripp Carroll and Amelia Carroll and expecting a fourth in January.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm from the First Baptist Church of Buchanan.

Services will be Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 3:00 pm from the First Baptist Church of Buchanan with Dr. Allen Wilburn and Brother Richard Brannon officiating. Chase Carroll, Clint Carroll, David Carroll, Michael Deese, Alex Edwards and Adam Epps will serve as Pallbearers. Jaxon Epps, Tripp Carroll and Amelia Carroll will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Buchanan.
