Loretta Lynne Townsend, age 60, of Winston passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. She was born on April 6, 1964 in Dallas, Georgia. Lynne worked as a server at Jim N' Nicks.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Mitchell (Travis); sister, Susan Brown; brother, Joey Brown (Jennie); grandchildren, Robby Mitchell and Logan Mitchell; aunt, Arlene Jackson.

Lynne was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Dobbs Brown; dad, Robert Walter Brown.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Hightower's Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM in the chapel at the funeral home.

According to her wishes she will be cremated.
