Mrs. Lucille Williams Stogner, 85 of Buncombe Waco Road, Waco Georgia passed away May 4, 2006. Mrs. Stogner was born on September 10, 1920 in Haralson County, Georgia the daughter of the late Seth Williams and Hannah Crowe Williams. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt Asbury Stogner. Survivors include her children, Judy & Warren Pritchard of Atlanta, Joan & Wayne Long of St. Louis, John & Elaine Stogner of Waco, Hoyt A. Stogner, Jr. of Waco, Rance J. Stogner of Waco; sister Hazel Scoggins of Rome, GA; fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends at 1533 Buncombe Waco Road on Saturday, May 6, 2006 between the hours of 5 & 9 pm. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, May 7, 2006 at 2 PM from Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Homer Benefield and Elder Leonard Robinson officiating. Daniel Pritchard, Gabriel DeVere, David Stogner, Hoyt Stogner, III, Seth Stogner and Jackson Long will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Shiloh Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring to do so may make contributions to Warren Sewell Library.
