Mrs. Martha Jo Roach was born in Carroll County, Ga. on March 24, 1941. She departed this earthly life on August 24, 2011. She was a 1959 Graduate of Roopville High School and retired after 25 years from Turner Mfg. Company. Mrs. Roach attended Grace Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father Earnest Lepard and her daughter Tammy Gelene Knight. She leaves to mourn her mother Clara Lepard; her husband, Bill Roach; her granddaughter, Taylor Knight and daughter in law, Nancy Hagerty. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, 6 brothers, Wayne Lepard, Ronald (Shirley) Lepard, Milton (Judy) Lepard, Ricky (Cindy) Lepard, Tim Lepard and Stanley Lepard; 3 sisters, Nell Holmes, Delaine Antico and Lynn (Kenneth) Hill; a host of nieces and nephews and a very special friend, Linda Morgan. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 3 PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel with Rev. Wayne Webb and Rev. Travis Prichard officiating. Music will be rendered by Randall Eidson and Mrs. & Mrs. Jason Lepard. Pallbearers will be Jason Lepard, Kerry Lepard, Ed Roach, James Bearden, Jay Antico and Joseph Antico. Interment will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 PM until 9 PM.
